How Squarespace Enterprise Gave Peak Indicators Greater Site Control
Working with a Squarespace Enterprise account manager helped the team at Peak Indicators grow from depending on agencies to seamlessly running their own website.
The UK-based analytics and data science company turned to Squarespace when they needed the support of a hands-on partner in managing their corporate site, and they promptly saw notable workflow improvements.
“We’re a small team juggling multiple projects, and we didn’t have the budget to hire a website team,” said branding communications manager Chloe Armstrong. “Squarespace Enterprise let us control how our site looked and its functionality in a time efficient way.”
After realizing they had to be nimble and serve their audience fresh site content at a much faster pace, Armstrong searched for a new tool to empower her team. Squarespace Enterprise quickly stood out from the competition due to its robust account management support, which includes custom strategy consultations and monthly site reports.
“It’s like having an extra person on your team, or a right-hand person you can count on,” Armstrong said. “That [assistance] opened us up to focus on other things, which was ideal.”
The consultative partnership helped Peak Indicators achieve many site goals with creative solutions and workarounds, some of which involved incorporating third-party services. While not every request was possible to accommodate, Armstrong said her account manager never left her feeling frustrated or unsupported.
“We were asking a lot from an out-of-the-box solution, so we expected to hit functionality walls,” she said. “But our account manager helped us figure out several different ways we could achieve what we wanted.”
Armstrong said her team was also grateful to gain creative control over their site that was missing in their former workflow. They previously had contracted developers to build all new landing pages for them, which often took weeks for delivery and didn’t always match their vision.
“The fact that we could easily build our own landing pages was huge,” she said. “It cut out the extra cost of having someone do it for us.” Her team channeled those cost savings into running actual marketing campaigns, which helped them refine their outreach strategy and increase output.
After refreshing their site with Squarespace Enterprise, Armstrong said Peak Indicators received a wealth of positive feedback from both customers and stakeholders.
“Your website is the impression people get of your brand right away,” she said. “You need to keep it fresh, modern and on-brand.”
